This achievement is testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, ensuring we build high quality, forever homes that comply with all the necessary standards and regulations.

As we’re expanding our portfolio of residential developments across Yorkshire, we’re pleased to welcome five new team members to Newett Homes.

The new additions include several senior appointments, which will support us in our ambitious plans for growth over the coming years.

As part of our commitment to supporting and investing in local communities, we’re delighted to have sponsored Lepton Highlanders FC in Huddersfield.

The team is local to The Brambles, Skelmanthorpe, which is currently under development.

As we continue to grow our portfolio of residential schemes, we’re pleased to have acquired the land for our next development, just off New Smithy Avenue in Thurlstone.

The site will be home to The Brooklands, which will feature 21-28 homes with rear gardens.

Construction works will commence in spring/summer 2022.
