Land acquired for Newett Homes’ next development at Thurlstone

As we continue to grow our portfolio of residential schemes, we’re pleased to have acquired the land for our next development, just off New Smithy Avenue in Thurlstone.

The site will be home to The Brooklands, which will feature 21-28 homes with rear gardens.

Nestled in South Yorkshire, Thurlstone is a picturesque village and is typical of our developments – close to all the things you value, such as schools, shops and transport links, with beautiful countryside on your doorstep.

Construction works will commence in spring/summer 2022.
