  • We will arrange two independent valuations of your current property to arrive at a competitive selling price.
  • You choose your brand new home and we agree a marketing strategy over 8 weeks to sell your current home.
  • We will instruct an estate agent to sell your existing home and will work closely with them to ensure your home is marketed to achieve the best possible price for you.
  • To help you with your purchase, we will offer you the use of our nominated legal and independent financial advisors.
  • We will pay all agents fees should we introduce a suitable buyer for your current home and you purchase from ourselves.
