We will arrange two independent valuations of your current property to arrive at a competitive selling price.
You choose your brand new home and we agree a marketing strategy over 8 weeks to sell your current home.
We will instruct an estate agent to sell your existing home and will work closely with them to ensure your home is marketed to achieve the best possible price for you.
To help you with your purchase, we will offer you the use of our nominated legal and independent financial advisors.
We will pay all agents fees should we introduce a suitable buyer for your current home and you purchase from ourselves.

Visit or contact the sales office at your chosen development. Our sales executive will explain the Assisted Move scheme, check availability, and help determine if it's right for you

This will depend on your local area. Two estate agents, sometimes three, will undertake valuations of your property.

You will need to provide access to our appointed estate agents, or our representative within 3 working days for the purpose of these valuations and inspection of your existing property.

Once a buyer has been found for your existing property you can reserve your new home. Timings on completion will depend upon the situation of your purchaser and the stage of construction of your new home.
