Mason Cook recently moved into his new home at Hazel Grove in Carcroft, Doncaster, after discovering the development through a friend who had already reserved a plot. Growing up in Woodlands and Adwick, and spending much of his childhood in Skellow and Carcroft, the area felt familiar from the start.
“I visited several times before reserving, and every interaction was positive,” says Mason. “On moving day, when they phoned to let me know my keys were ready to collect, Carolyn was especially lovely and made the whole experience feel personal.”
Once moved in, Mason found his new home was even better than expected.
“I was really pleased with the welcome hamper as it was such a thoughtful touch. They even provided a WiFi dongle for the first three months until my broadband was installed, which made settling in so much easier.”
Although the development is still growing, Mason already feels optimistic about the community taking shape. “My childhood friend lives just over the road, which has made the transition even nicer. I’m looking forward to seeing the neighbourhood become more populated as more people move in.”
