Land Requirements
It’s our firm belief that investing in land promotes both residential development and commercial opportunities, including employment.
We’re primarily interested in greenfield and brownfield land, but we will consider Green Belt, mixed-use sites, surplus employment land better suited to residential, and unviable golf courses.
Our ideal requirements are deliverable sites from 30 dwellings and above, sites with outline planning permission, allocated sites in development plans (adopted or emerging), sites with short, medium and long-term planning prospects, sustainable locations and sites adjoining transport hubs such as railway stations and park and rides. We’ve an unsurpassable record in creating design-led schemes that locals and councils support, so we’ll realise potential with confidence.
How we
do it
Each deal is different, but we’ll work with you to agree a structure. We commonly use include Option Agreements, Joint Ventures, Promotion Agreements and Freehold Acquisitions and also buy into existing options and promotions.
